You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Wheelly. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Wheelly is a community for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. You agree not to harass others, post illegal or harmful content, impersonate anyone, spam, or misuse the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Wheelly a license to host and display that content so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share and the rights to share it.

Wheelly helps you discover meets and cruises, but you are responsible for your own safety and conduct. Always obey traffic laws, drive responsibly, and follow the rules of any event or venue. Wheelly does not organize or supervise user gatherings.

Wheelly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheelly is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other users.

You may stop using Wheelly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Wheelly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
