We collect the information you provide when you create an account — such as your name, username, email address, and profile details — as well as the content you add, including vehicle profiles, photos, posts, and messages.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as device type, app version, and basic usage analytics that help us keep the app reliable.

Wheelly is built around a live map of nearby meets and cruises. Location is only used while you choose to share it, and you can turn location sharing off at any time from your device settings or within the app. Turning it off limits map features but keeps the rest of your account intact.

We use your information to operate core features — showing nearby activity, connecting you with clubs and events, powering profiles and messaging — and to keep the community safe, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Wheelly (such as hosting and analytics), and when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described on our Account Deletion page, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

You can review and update your profile at any time, control location and notification permissions, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information.

Wheelly is not intended for people under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
