You can delete your Wheelly account and personal data at any time. Here's how it works.
Delete from the app
Deleting your account takes just a few steps:
- Open the Wheelly app and go to your profile.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm to permanently remove your account.
Delete by request
If you can’t access the app, email support@wheelly.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, vehicle profiles, posts, photos, messages, and other personal data associated with your account.
What we may retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to rebuild your profile.
Timeline
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. Backups may take a little longer to fully cycle out.
